You can create an account on WeTwinkle in either of two ways -

  • Sign up with your Facebook account
  • Sign up with your Google account

To create an account with Facebook:

  • Download the WeTwinkle App or visit our website
  • Tap Continue with Facebook
  • If prompted, sign in to your Facebook account. WeTwinkle does not post anything to Facebook on your behalf.
  • Allow access to all required permissions.
  • You are good to go.

To create an account with Google:

  • Visit our website or download the WeTwinkle App
  • Click Continue with Google Sign Up.
  • If you already have a Google account, click on sign in.
  • Allow access to all required permissions.
  • You are ready to meet new people.

To edit your profile, follow the steps below-

  • Tap on the profile icon
  • Edit the information you want
  • Save the changes
  • Voila! You are all set.

If you want to delete your WeTwinkle account, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account
  • Tap on Settings
  • Click on Delete Account
  • Confirm the deletion by tapping ‘Yes.’

To update your profile photo-

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the camera icon on the profile
  • Select the pic you want to upload
  • Finish it by tapping on Upload

WeTwinkle works hard to ensure that our dating platform is safe and reliable for our users. We are a community dedicated to safeguarding our users against abuse. And photo moderation is one of our tools for doing so. If your profile photo has been moderated, it means it violates our photo moderation policy. The reasons are listed below -

  • Your profile photo contains sexual content.
  • Your photo looks like someone minor or below 18 years of age
  • Your photo is leading due to too many filter effects
  • You are wearing swimwear or a bikini in the pictures. Photos in bikinis or swimwear are not allowed per our policy. Photos uploaded look like someone who is not you
  • Photos uploaded look like someone who is not you
  • The image you have uploaded is blurred

Suppose you have deleted your account but are having second thoughts about coming back. Don’t worry; we can help you get it restored, provided that it was deleted not more than 30 days ago. Your data is stored in our system for 30 days; beyond that period, it gets automatically deleted. To restore your WeTwinkle account, send us a mail with your registered email requesting restoration. We’ll get back to you with the process within 24 hours.

However, if you deleted your account more than 30 days ago, we won’t be able to help with the recovery. In that case, we request you create a new account on WeTwinkle.

At WeTwinkle, your safety is our priority. If you come across any abusive or threatening behavior that makes you feel insecure, kindly report it by following the steps below-

  • Tap on the profile of the person you want to report
  • Go to the sidebar and click on it
  • You will find an option for a report
  • Click on the option
  • Tap on submit button

For us, the safety of our users is our topmost priority. You violated our community guidelines if you are blocked from WeTwinkle. You might have been blocked from WeTwinkle for the following reasons-

  • You have exceeded the number of strict limits on your profile.
  • Your behavior was found abusive and disrespectful.
  • Spamming the inbox of your matches
  • You have been reported by at least ten of our users.
  • Frequently deleting and recreating your account.

We at WeTwinkle believe in providing a perfect match for you. We don’t want any hindrances to stop you from establishing the connection that you are seeking. We are here to aid you in meeting your true match. So, we provide free services. You can swipe through our user’s profiles and make matches. Moreover, You can also text them. We won’t charge you for anything. However, If you want to call our users and want more information about them, you have to get premium services.

We at WeTwinkle believe in meeting new people and establishing new connections in your areas. Therefore, it brings people to your vicinity on the same platform. Thus, currently, we don’t provide a search option for specific people.
